Reservation Requirement

1. Make a copy of the check for $ 7,500 made out to Escrow Agency Harrison, Rivard, Zimmerman, and Bennett. Fill out reservation form, the transaction broker form, and the W-9 Form. 2. Requires 20% down. The developer will accept 10 % in a letter of credit.
