Watson Bayou, which leads mariners on a six mile journey out to St. Andrew's Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, is a protected inlet off the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. Depths leading up to the marina and eight foot depth in the slips can accommodate the largest vessels. It will be a perfect haven for yachts, sports fishermen, and sailboats of all types. Tidal change ranges from one to three feet, lowest in the winter.

The Yacht Club will offer a ship's store, dining, and a friendly watering hole for social sunsets. Snug Harbour offers your choice of relaxation or exercise in our crystal-clear water:

To enjoy the sunny space between home and shore, a dedicated shore-side promenade surrounds the property, including the adjacent 132-slip marina and the Yacht Club to the south. You simply will not be able to keep the children away from the playground! The half-mile walking/jogging trail is bound to be a destination to start your day or to help wind down for an elegant evening. The state-of-the art fitness center at the south end of the Lagoon Tower welcomes those with established exercise routines as well as those contemplating one. At the center of the Marina Tower along the bayou's eastern shore is a fully appointed conference center for those important business meetings, and the 3,500 square-foot general purpose room will accommodate every business or entertaining need.

The finishing accent to the paradise of Snug Harbour is the lush landscaping. Tremendous care has been taken to preserve the oak and magnolia trees simply dripping with Spanish moss.
